I volunteer as a foster for Fluffy Dog Rescue and WI Westie Rescue. I live in a quirky old house, with my family, that we fondly call "The Plantation". It is here that we "fall in love" with every dog we foster! The purpose of this blog is to provide additional photos, descriptions and videos so you can learn more about our fluffy foster and follow his or her journey until a fur-ever home is found. Snuggler!

I love that the rescue volunteers down south call some of the dogs "lap babies". It's so fitting! Lucky qualifies as a lap baby!!!! Wherever I go... He goes. If I sit... He sits. He is both energy and snuggles all rolled up in one great little dog! Here he is happy as a clam resting his head on my fuzzy robe. So sleepy! And so cute!

Lucky always wants to be connected by touch in some form-- He likes to be leaning up against you or have his head or whole self on your lap. Yes... true LAP BABY! What a luv!
