Well~ all is well! Prayers answered!!! He fought off those wormies like a toughie and is home relaxing in his kennel in the kitchen. Day one accomplished! :) Mugsy was a wonderful brave doggie through it all. He even padded around Doctor's office w his big snowshoe paws greeting the other dogs w a tail wag n sniff once he felt better. So proud of him and soooo thankful he is feeling better!
I volunteer as a foster for Fluffy Dog Rescue and WI Westie Rescue. I live in a quirky old house, with my family, that we fondly call "The Plantation". It is here that we "fall in love" with every dog we foster! The purpose of this blog is to provide additional photos, descriptions and videos so you can learn more about our fluffy foster and follow his or her journey until a fur-ever home is found. You may even "fall in love" just like we have!!! Thanks for looking and for choosing RESCUE!

First night back = emergency vet
Scary scenario: waking up to a vomiting dog and have him collapse! A little after 4:00 am we rushed little Mugs to the emergency vet. Dr believes it's anaphylactic shock from worm die off. I believe he will recover and this kinda thing is rare. He will spend the day at my vet clinic for observation. Prayers for the Mugster!
